Greetings! Welcome to my site!
I am a native of Portland Oregon. I have lived in this wonderful state all my life. Other than the long winters, it has to be one of the best places on the planet. I enjoy anything creative – gardening, cooking, fermenting (especially wine, mead, and ciders). I live on an extinct volcano that provides wonderful soil for my garden, where I ferment my apples, grapes, and pears into wine.. I also enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding (30 years now). I am accompanied by my two wonderful dogs, and of course, my beautiful lady.
